Booking Appointments

Please call as early as possible for an appointment and state the reason for your visit if possible, eg. vaccination, ear syringe, cervical check etc. If, for any reason, you are unable to keep an appointment we would be obliged if you could phone as soon as you know this to cancel the appointment so it can be given to another patient who needs it.

Out of Hours

An out of hours service is provided by E-Doc from 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Public Holidays. This takes place in either St Michaels Hospital, Dunlaoghaire or St Columcilles Hospital, Loughlinstown. You must phone 01 – 223 4500 initially to make an appointment and you will then be given further advice on where to go.

Prescriptions

If you require a new prescription, please call 48 hours before it is needed and the doctor will then email it to your preferred pharmacy by a secure email. A charge of €20 will apply for private prescriptions and must be paid for at the time of ordering, either by card over the phone or by cash after which the prescription will be sent.

House Calls

These are reserved for the very ill. If at all possible it is preferable to be seen in the surgery. However if you feel a house call is required it is best to call for an appointment before 11am and the doctor will then call you back.
